Rural Medicine Australia 2012

Rural Medicine Australia is the annual conference of the Rural Doctors Association of Australia and the Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine. The 2012 event in Fremantle WA has the theme ‘Demonstrating the diversity’. It will include the seventh scientific forum, and will be locally hosted by Rural Health West. An outline of the program for Rural Medicine Australia 2012 is now on the conference website. Based on feedback from Alice Springs (2011) and the biennial scientific forum in Hobart (2010), the Fremantle program will be a stimulating and rewarding blend of practical, academic, and social activities. AACB 2012 - 50th Annual Scientific Conference
15-18 November 2012, Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre, Southbank, VIC
The AACB’s meeting in Melbourne seeks to addresses the issues around the standardisation of assays.
The program has been split into four themed days including; Harmonisation Day, Harm Minimisation Day, Hormonal Day and Disharmony Day, and features both international and local speakers. Amongst the Internationals are; Mario Plebani (Italy), Greg Miller (USA) and Michael Thomas (UK).
